By accessing or using the theMSAG website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
theMSAG provides medical school admissions consulting, tutoring, and preparation services. All services are delivered personally by Dr. Dibah Jiva. Our services include but are not limited to:
- UCAT preparation courses
- Medical school interview preparation
- Personal statement review
- One-to-one admissions consulting
Bookings and Payments
All prices are displayed on our website in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
Course enrolments and session bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service:
- Courses (UCAT, Interview): Refunds are available up to 14 days before the course start date. No refunds within 14 days of the course.
- Consulting sessions: Rescheduling is available with 48 hours' notice. No-shows are non-refundable.
- Personal statement reviews: Once submitted, reviews are non-refundable as work begins immediately.
- Mock interviews: Rescheduling available with 48 hours' notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, and blog posts, is the intellectual property of theMSAG and Dr. Dibah Jiva. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality admissions guidance, theMSAG does not guarantee admission to any medical school. Our services are advisory in nature, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
User Conduct
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in forms and bookings.
- Not share course materials, login credentials, or proprietary content with others.
- Behave respectfully in all interactions with Dr. Dibah and other students.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
